Today, Rachel and I made "Surprise muffins." It is just a basic plain muffin recipe with a teaspoonful of jam or jelly inside. Mine sort of exploded while baking, but that made them look fun. The best part about it was when I was putting the batter into the muffin tin, Rachel had a disgusted look on her face and said, "I don't like that slimy stuff!" She decided she liked them after they were baked though! Oh yeah, I also forgot to put the sugar in them, lol! Thank goodness for the jam...they tasted fine!
